1. What personal information we collect
We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for our business functions. This may include:

- Enquiry content — messages you send via our contact form, WhatsApp, email or social channels.
- Commercial information — services requested, quotes, contracts, billing and payment records.

- Advertising identifiers — pseudonymous identifiers set by advertising platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and LinkedIn.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive information (such as health, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs or political opinions) and ask that you do not send it to us. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising
We use the Meta Pixel and, where applicable, the Meta Conversions API, on our website. These tools collect information about actions you take on our site (such as page views and form submissions) and share it with Meta Platforms, Inc. so we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising, build custom and lookalike audiences, and show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram.
Where we upload customer contact information to Meta for audience matching, that information is hashed before transmission. Meta processes this data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.
You can manage your ad preferences at any time through your Meta Ad Preferences settings, or opt out of interest-based advertising via the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.
5. Who we disclose information to
We may disclose your personal information to:
- Service providers who support our operations — website hosting, cloud storage, CRM, email marketing, analytics, payment processing and IT support.
- Advertising platforms including Meta Platforms, Google and LinkedIn for campaign delivery and measurement.
- Professional advisers such as accountants, auditors and lawyers.

- A purchaser or successor in the event of a business sale, merger or restructure.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers and advertising platforms store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States, the European Union, Singapore and India. 8. Direct marketing and opting out
We may send you marketing communications about our services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out at any time by emailing aish@techacy.com.au. We will action opt-out requests promptly.
9. Your rights — access and correction
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. You may also ask us to delete information where we are not required to retain it.
To make a request, email aish@techacy.com.au. We may need to verify your identity. We will generally respond within 30 days. In limited circumstances permitted by law we may decline a request, in which case we will explain why in writing.
10. Anonymity
Where lawful and practicable, you may interact with us anonymously or under a pseudonym. However, we may be unable to provide certain services if we cannot identify you.
11. Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites and platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies before providing personal information.
12. Complaints
