Techacy Pty Ltd (“Techacy”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) where applicable.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising

We use the Meta Pixel and, where applicable, the Meta Conversions API, on our website. These tools collect information about actions you take on our site (such as page views and form submissions) and share it with Meta Platforms, Inc. so we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising, build custom and lookalike audiences, and show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram.

Where we upload customer contact information to Meta for audience matching, that information is hashed before transmission. Meta processes this data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

You can manage your ad preferences at any time through your Meta Ad Preferences settings, or opt out of interest-based advertising via the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.
